Terms and conditions of the KDH3 bond issue and other information regarding the KDH3 bonds

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, pursuant to the resolution adopted under item 4 of the agenda of the 18th General Meeting of Shareholders, hereby publishes the document ‘Terms and Conditions of the Issue of KDH3 Bonds and Other Information on KDH3 Bonds’.

Payment to shareholders by way of delivery of KDH3 bonds will, in accordance with the aforementioned resolution of the 18th Shareholders’ Meeting, after the expiry of the statutory six-month period following the publication of the entry of the resolution on the reduction of share capital, and once creditors who have timely notified their claims have been have been guaranteed repayment or security for their claims.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 19 November 2013 onwards.
