KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, hereby informs the public that Gabrijel Škof, a member of the company’s board of directors, on 13February 2019 submitted a letter of resignation to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, stepping down from his position as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors with effect from the date of the 25th General Meeting of Shareholders.
This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 13 February 2019 onwards.
