KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.) hereby informs the public that on 15 7 2013, it received the decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the constitutional appeal lodged against the judgment of the Supreme Court, about which KD Group d.d. had informed the public on 24 April 2013. The Constitutional Court has ruled that the constitutional appeal against the judgment of the Supreme Court, Ref. No. III Ips 57/2010 dated 22 January 2013, which had annulled Resolution No. 2.2 of the 11th General Meeting of KD Holding d.d. (now KD Group d.d.) of 29 August 2008 on the distribution of retained profits for 2007, shall not be accepted for consideration; in other words, the constitutional complaint is dismissed.
