KD Holding, a financial company, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, publishes in the attachment its unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2006 and key notes relating to the operations of KD Holding d.d. The attached document will also be available from 30 March 2007 on the company’s website at www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
