Publication of the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for the 2018 financial year

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 158 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements of KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2018.

The information contained in this publication will be available on the company’s website at www.kd-group.com from 27 March 2019 onwards, for a period of at least five years from the date of publication.
