Publication of the summary of the audited annual report

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes a summary of the audited annual report, together with the auditor’s report for 2005

, of KD Holding, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, 1000 Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99, as amended and supplemented), on the SEOnet website and on the company’s website www.kd-group.si, a summary of the audited consolidated annual report of the KD Holding Group for the financial year 2005 and the auditor’s special report on the summary of the annual report; and under the heading ‘Annual and Half-Yearly Reports’, the company also publishes the full audited consolidated annual report of the KD Holding Group for the financial year 2005.
