Publication of a reply to a shareholder’s question

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes its responses to the questions raised by the shareholder MDS – Association of Small Shareholders of Slovenia at the KD Group shareholders’ meeting on 12 July 2018.

The questions from MDS and the Company’s responses are published in the attached documents.

This notice will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 24 July 2018 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
