Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Company) hereby publishes notifications regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the Company received on 30 April 2019. The content of the notifications is set out in the attachment.
From 30 April 2019 onwards, this notification will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
