Notice regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes notifications regarding transactions by persons performing management functions and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 25 March 2019. The content of the notifications is set out in the attachment.

 
This notice will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 25 March 2019 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
