Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 130 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Company) hereby publishes a notice regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the Company received on 28 February 2022. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.
From 28 February 2022 onwards, this notification will also be published on the Company’s website at www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ for a period of at least 5 years from the date of publication.
