Notice regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 130 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notice regarding transactions by persons performing managerial duties and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 21 January 2021. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.

This notice will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 21 January 2021 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication. KD
