Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 130 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notification regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 17 August 2020. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.
This notification will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 17 August 2020 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
