Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 130 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notice concerning transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 18 May 2020. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.
From 18 May 2020 onwards, this notification will also be published on the company’s website at www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
