Notice regarding the sale of KD Skladi d.o.o.

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.) hereby announces to the public that the sale of the entire shareholding in KD Skladi, management company, d.o.o. (hereinafter: KD Skladi d.o.o.) has been completed. Following the granting of authorisation by the Securities Market Agency to Adriatic Slovenica d.d. to acquire a qualifying holding, and thereby the fulfilment of the conditions set out in the contract for the purchase of a shareholding in KD Skladi d.o.o., the change of shareholder was entered in the Companies Register today, 2 September 2016, such that, with effect from 29 August 2016, Adriatic Slovenica, insurance company, d.d., Koper,

became the sole shareholder with effect from 29 August 2016. This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 2 September 2016 onwards, under the ‘Public Announcements’ section, for a period of at least five years from the date of publication.
