Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby informs the public that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has maintained a ‘BB’ credit rating for KD Group d.d. and a ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating for Adriatic Slovenica, Insurance Company, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, a ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating. The outlook for Adriatic Slovenica d.d. remains ‘Rating Watch Positive’, whilst the outlook for KD Group d.d. has changed and is now ‘Rating Watch Negative’.
The change in the outlook for the credit rating of KD Group d.d. is due to an expected change in the strategy of the company and the KD Group following the completion of the sale of the entire shareholding in Adriatic Slovenica d.d.
