Notice regarding the issue of bonds by KD Group d.d.

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby announces that on 15 April 2015 it successfully completed the issue of bonds designated KDH4 in a total amount of EUR 14,622,000.00, maturing on 15 December 2021 and bearing interest at the six-month (6M) EURIBOR plus 5.600 per cent. The bond issue is intended to refinance financial liabilities arising from KD Group d.d.’s existing obligations. The bonds were issued without the publication of a prospectus, pursuant to points 1 and 2 of the first paragraph of Article 49 of the Financial Instruments Market Act.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 15 April 2015 for a period of at least five years.
