Notice regarding the disclosure of transactions with a related party of a director

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), hereby informs the public that on 14 October 2016 it received a notification regarding the disposal of the company’s shares with the ticker symbol KDHR (hereinafter: KDHR shares), pursuant to which Aleksander Sekavčnik, as a member of the Management Board, informed the company that shares with the symbol KDHR had been disposed of by a person closely associated with him, namely Caranthania Investments SA, Bulevard de la Foire 16 A, Luxembourg, had disposed of KDHR shares, namely 10,685 shares.


This notification will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 14 October 2016 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication. KD
