KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby announces that at its meeting today, 6 February 2012, the Board of Directors appointed Jure Kvaternik as the third member of the management team of KD Group; as Executive Director, he will be responsible for the areas of controlling and finance. Jure Kvaternik has been appointed as an Executive Director – who is not a member of the company’s Board of Directors – for a term of office from 6 February 2012 to 16 November 2013.
