Notice regarding the confirmation of an international credit rating

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby informs the public that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ‘BB’ credit rating for KD Group and, for Adriatic Slovenica, insurance company, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, as the largest subsidiary of KD Group, the ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating. The outlook for both companies remains “stable”.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 1 September 2017 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
