Notice regarding the confirmation of an international credit rating

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company or KD Group), hereby informs the public that the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has affirmed the credit rating of ‘BB’ for KD Group and has assigned a financial strength rating of ‘BBB-’ to Adriatic Slovenica, an insurance company, d.d., Ljubljanska cesta 3a, Koper, as KD Group’s largest subsidiary, a ‘BBB-’ financial strength rating. The outlook for both companies remains ‘stable’.
The rating reflects a strong position in the Slovenian insurance and asset management markets, as well as adequate capitalisation.
