KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana, Dunajska cesta 63, (hereinafter: ‘ KD Group’ or ‘the company’) hereby notifies the public, pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 158 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, that on 13 February 2019, a 100 per cent stake in the subsidiary Adriatic Slovenica, zavarovalna družba, d.d. (hereinafter: “Adriatic Slovenica”) was disposed of. With the transfer of all shares in Adriatic Slovenica to the new owner, Generali CEE Holding, B.V., the sale process has been completed in accordance with the Agreement on the Sale of a 100 per cent stake in Adriatic Slovenica dated 23 May 2018.
Lazard acted as financial adviser to the KD Group in connection with the transaction.
