Notice regarding a change in the proportion of treasury shares

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 148 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby publishes the attached notice regarding a change in the proportion of treasury shares.
Following the entry of the amendment to the company’s Articles of Association in the court register on 3 July 2020, resulting from a reduction in the company’s share capital through the withdrawal of 133,049 shares of KDHR, the number of treasury shares held by KD Group has fallen below the 5 per cent threshold as a result of this corporate action.

The total number of own shares held by KD Group d.d. prior to the reduction of the company’s share capital through the cancellation of 133,049 own shares was 5.38 per cent of all issued shares, following the entry of the share capital reduction in the Companies Register. Following the cancellation of 133,049 own shares with the ticker symbol KDHR, the company no longer holds any own shares.


The information contained in this announcement will be available on the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 3 July 2020 onwards, for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
