KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, hereby informs the public that on 13 September 2019 a court order was issued regarding the registration of an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association relating to a reduction in share capital through the cancellation of own shares with the ticker symbol KDHR.
Following the entry of the amendments in the court register on 13 September 2019:
- the company’s share capital amounts to: EUR 82,479,118.
68- the number of issued shares with the symbol KDHR: 2,470,662
The company will subsequently withdraw 204,978 KDHR shares from the organised market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and have the withdrawn shares removed from the central securities register maintained by KDD – Central Clearing and Depository Company, d.d.
