KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and the Financial Instruments Market Act hereby informs the public that that on 24 February 2022, the Ljubljana District Court, by order ref. no. Srg 2022/18042, entered into the court register the resolution of the 30th general meeting of the joint-stock company KD Group, financial company, d.d., dated 28 December 2021, in which the shareholders voted in favour of the delisting of the company’s shares, designated KDHR, from the organised securities market (Standard Listing of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d.).
The aforementioned decision of the District Court in Ljubljana is attached to this notice.
This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 24 February 2022 until the expiry of the statutory deadline.
