KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, issues the following announcement:
The Company hereby announces that on 17 February 2022, the District Court in Ljubljana, by order ref. no. Srg 2022/13800, entered into the court register the resolution of the 30th General Meeting of KD Group d.d., held on 28 December 2021, into the court register, by which the shareholders voted in favour of the transfer of minority shareholders’ shares to the majority shareholder, KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana.
The company received the entry of the resolution on the exclusion of minority shareholders in the court register on 18 February 2022.
The aforementioned decision of the District Court in Ljubljana is attached to this notice.
This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-group.si, from 18 February 2022 until the expiry of the statutory period.
