Notice of the 16th Ordinary Meeting of the Supervisory Board of KD Holding

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Holding d.d. held its 16th ordinary meeting on 11 May 2004. It reviewed the draft annual report of KD Holding for 2003, the financial statements of subsidiaries and associated companies for 2003, and the management’s report on relations with the parent companyKD Group in 2003.
The Supervisory Board also reviewed the company’s day-to-day operations for the period from 1 January 2004 to 30 April 2004.
