KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 24 June 2014, it received a decision from the Securities Market Agency approving the prospectus for the admission of 215,107 registered bonds with the symbol KDH3 to trading on an organised market.
The prospectus is published as an attachment to this announcement.
Trading in KDH3 bonds will be possible once they have been admitted to the bond market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange; the company will inform the public in due course by means of a notice on the SEOnet website and on the company’s website.
