KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 6 January 2012 it received a decision from the District Court in Ljubljana, whereby the registration court suspended the proceedings for the registration of the general meeting resolution concerning authorised capital and the proposal for the registration of amendments to the Articles of Association dated 31 August 2011. The proceedings have been suspended pending a final court decision in the action brought by Marles d.d., which the latter filed in accordance with the lawsuit announced at the general meeting of KD Group d.d. on 31 August 2011 to challenge the resolution ‘Amendments to the Articles of Association – authorised capital’, which was adopted under item 4 of the meeting’s agenda.
