Notice of Change of Company Name

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that, pursuant to a resolution of the company’s 11th General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 29 August 2008, a change to the company’s name has been entered in the court register.

The new company name of KD Holding d.d., following the entry of the decision on the change in the Commercial Register dated 16 September 2008, which became final on 24 September 2008, is: KD Group, financial company, d. d., or abbreviated name: KD Group d. d. KD Group d. d. was renamed KD d. d.

on 11 September 2008. Information about KD Group d. d. (formerly KD Holding d. d.) will continue to be available at www.kd-group.com, whilst information about KD d. d. (formerly KD Group d. d.) will be available at the new website www.kd-fd.si.

Under the KD Group brand, the KD Group is becoming increasingly recognised as a universal financial intermediary offering a wide range of products and services. In line with the adopted development guidelines aimed at strengthening the KD Group’s market position, we at the KD Group have therefore decided to rename the companies KD Holding d.d. and KD Group d.d., a decision which has also been approved by the shareholders of both companies.

This announcement will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 25 September 2008 until further notice.
