Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, met on 24 April 2007 at its 12th meeting, at which it reviewed the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements of KD Holding d.d. for the year 2006 and was briefed on current activities.
