Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, held its 11th meeting on 8 March 2007, at which it approved the KD Holding Group’s annual plan for 2007 and adopted the indicative schedule of meetings of the Supervisory Board of KD Holding d.d. for 2007.

This notice will also be available from 9 March 2007 onwards on the company’s website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
