Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, held its 10th meeting on 7 December 2006, at which it was briefed on the operations of the KD Holding Group for the period January–September 2006, the assessment of business performance for 2006 and current activities.

The company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si from 7 December 2006 until further notice, in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
