Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Group, a financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, adopted a resolution at its meeting on 7 October 2009 to convene a general meeting of shareholders to decide on amendments to the company’s Articles of Association. In accordance with the law, the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association will be published in the notice convening the general meeting of shareholders, which is due to be published in the newspaper Dnevnik and on the SEOnet website and the company’s website www.kd-group.com on 9 October 2009.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 7 October 2009 onwards.
