KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs the public, that on 26 August 2019, Aljoša Tomaž submitted his resignation from the post of Chief Executive Officer to the Company’s Board of Directors, with his term of office ending on 31 August 2019. The Board of Directors accepted the letter of resignation at its meeting on 28 August 2019. Aljoša Tomaž remains a member of the company’s Board of Directors. At today’s meeting, the Board of Directors
appointed Gregor Sluga as Chief Executive Officer, with his term of office commencing on 1 September 2019 and lasting for four years.
