KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana, Dunajska cesta 63, (hereinafter: ‘ KD Group’ or ‘the company’) hereby informs the public, pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, that at today’s meeting, the Company’s Board of Directors has reviewed the strategic direction of the KD Group and, to this end, has appointed the financial adviser Lazard to seek a strategic investor for the acquisition of a majority stake in Adriatic Slovenica, an insurance company, d.d.
