Monthly reporting in accordance with the Decision on reporting by legal successors to PID

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Decision on reporting by the legal successors of authorised investment companies (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 99/07), hereby publishes information on the composition of the company’s assets and its ten largest individual investments. The monthly report as at 31 March 2012 is attached.

From 13 April 2012 onwards, this notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’.
