Monthly reporting in accordance with the Decision on reporting by legal successors to PID

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Decision on the Reporting of Legal Successors to Authorised Investment Companies (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 99/07), publishes information on the composition of the company’s assets and its ten largest individual investments. The monthly report as at 31 December 2007 is attached.

From 15 January 2008 onwards, this notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’.
