Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, and in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Decision on the reporting by legal successors of authorised investment firms (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 99/07), KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes information on the composition of the company’s assets and its ten largest individual investments. The monthly report as at 31 December 2021 is attached.
