Pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on the Legal Successors of Authorised Investment Companies, Article 5 of the Decision on Reporting by Legal Successors of Authorised Investment Companies and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group d.d., a financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes a list of transactions entered into by the company with related parties during the period from 1 January to 30 June 2014.
