List of transactions with related parties for the first half of the 2013 financial year

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on the Legal Successors of Authorised Investment Companies, Article 5 of the Decision on Reporting by Legal Successors of Authorised Investment Companies and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group d.d., a financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes a list of transactions entered into by the company with related parties during the period from 1 January 2013 to 30 June 2013.

The information contained in this notice has been published on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange’s SEOnet website and on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ since 30 August 2013.
