List of transactions with related parties for the 2018 financial year

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014EU and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, and in accordance with Article 5 of the Decision on the reporting by legal successors of authorised investment firms, KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes a list of transactions entered into by KD Group d.d. with related parties during the period from 1 January to 31 December 2018.

The information contained in this publication will be available on the KD Group d.d. website at www.kd-group.com from 24 April 2019 onwards, for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
