Pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on the Legal Successors of Authorised Investment Companies, Article 5 of the Decision on Reporting by Legal Successors of Authorised Investment Companies and Article 106 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group d.d., financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes a list of transactions entered into by the company with related parties during the period from 1 January to 31 December 2013.
