KD Group d.d. – long-term syndicated loan

A loan intended for the refinancing of existing financial liabilities of

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company or KD Group),  announces that on 23 February 2015 it entered into a long-term syndicated loan agreement, which was granted by a syndicate of banks comprising Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., acting also as arranger and agent,  Abanka Vipa d.d., Gorenjska banka, d.d., Banka Celje d.d., and Nova kreditna banka Maribor d.d., under which the banks have provided KD Group d.d. with a long-term loan with a maturity of 7 years and in the amount of €67,013,100.00. 

The syndicated loan is intended to refinance the financial liabilities of the KD Group, which represents a continuation of KD Group’s strategy, namely to ensure an optimal financing structure for KD Group and the KD Group and to improve the maturity structure of its funding sources.
