KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana, Dunajska cesta 63, (hereinafter: ‘KD Group’ or ‘the company’) hereby notifies the public, pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014EU and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public of the progress of the process of seeking a strategic partner to acquire a 100 per cent stake in its subsidiary Adriatic Slovenica, insurance company, d.d. (hereinafter: ‘Adriatic Slovenica’).
On 11 May 2018, the company entered into an agreement with Generali CEE Holding, B.V., regarding the exclusivity of negotiations for the sale of a 100 per cent stake in Adriatic Slovenica. There is no guarantee that a sale agreement will be concluded. The
company will keep the public informed of further developments through announcements on the company’s website and SEOnet.
