KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana, Dunajska cesta 63, (hereinafter: ‘KD Group’ or ‘the company’) hereby notifies the public, pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014EU and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public of the progress of the process of seeking a strategic partner to acquire a majority stake in its subsidiary Adriatic Slovenica, an insurance company, d.d. (hereinafter: ‘Adriatic Slovenica’).
At its meeting on 8 March 2018, the Management Board of KD Group adopted a resolution to invite selected potential investors to participate in the due diligence process for Adriatic Slovenica. In order to comply with the provisions of the confidentiality agreements concluded between the company and the potential investors, the disclosure of information regarding the investors is not permitted.
The company will keep the public informed of further developments on an ongoing basis via announcements on the company’s website and SEOnet.
The information contained in the announcement will be available from 9 March 2018 on the official website of KD Group
