Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group or the company) hereby informs the public that on 22 March 2017 it received notifications from Avra d.o.o. regarding the purchase of shares in the issuer KD Group.
Avra d.o.o., as a related party to Tomaž Butina, director of Avra d.o.o. and a member of the management board of KD Group, has informed the Company that it:
- on 21 March 2017, purchased 12 shares in the issuer KD Group, ticker symbol KDHR, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a price of EUR 8.52 per share.
- on 20 March 2017, she purchased 23,500 shares of the issuer KD Group, ticker symbol KDHR, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a price of EUR 8.52 per share.
This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com
under ‘Public Announcements’ from 22 March 2017 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication. KD
