Half-year unaudited management report of KD Group d.d. and the KD Group

Pursuant to Articles 112 and 113 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the unaudited interim report on the operations of KD Group, finančna družba, d.d. and the KD Group for the first half of 2016. The company’s Board of Directors adopted the half-yearly report at its meeting on 29 August 2016.

The information contained in this publication will be available on the KD Group d.d. website www.kd-group.com from 29 August 2016 onwards for at least 10 years from the date of publication.
