Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana, Article 158 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group) hereby announces that KD Group and Facig, Management and Consultancy d.o.o., Ljubljana (hereinafter: Facig d.o.o.) entered into a court settlement on 12 September 2019. By signing the court settlement, Facig d.o.o., as the claimant, and KD Group, as the defendant, in the commercial dispute concerning the annulment of the resolutions of the 25th General Meeting of Shareholders of KD Group, held on 17 April 2019, adopted under items 2.a), 2b) and 3 of the agenda, have definitively settled their mutual relations, with FACIG d.o.o. withdrawing its claim. Furthermore, the companies no longer have any obligations to one another arising from the aforementioned dispute.
