Counter-proposals to the resolutions of the general meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), the company’s management board hereby publishes counter-proposals to the resolutions of the general meeting held on 20 August2004

The Management Board of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, hereby announces that it has received from the shareholder, Ilirika DZU, d.o.o., on behalf of the Modra kombinacija special mutual fund, Ljubljana, a counter-proposal to the resolutions under agenda item 2 and agenda item 3 of the 5th General Meeting of Shareholders of KD Holding d.d., convened for 20 August 2004, the notice of which was published in the newspaper Dnevnik on 16 July 2004.
