Correction to the publication of the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2004

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (ZTVP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99, as amended) and the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., hereby publishes a correction to the announcement of the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2004 and significant notes relating to the operations of KD Holding, a financial company d.d.

In listing the ten largest holders of ordinary (KDHR) and preference (KDHP) shares of KD Holding d.d. in total as at 31 December 2004, in the third table of the notes, a clerical error occurred in the presentation of the ownership data. The correct list of the ten largest holders of ordinary (KDHR) and preference shares (KDHP) of KD Holding d.d. combined as at 31 December 2004 is published in the attachment. The correction will also be published on the website www.kd-group.si from 31 March 2005 until further notice.
